I am writing this message out of a desire to maintain the total transparency that has always been the foundation of our collaborations.
With the growth of my project volume, portfolio, and visibility in the software development market, I have attracted not only extraordinary clients but, unfortunately, also the unwanted attention of a group of unfair competitors. They have recently launched a coordinated campaign of commercial sabotage and defamation.
Specifically, there is a possibility that some of you may be (or have already been) contacted by unknown individuals through dubious messages or calls. They attempt to intimidate you by falsely and alarmingly claiming that your websites or applications have "security issues" or "GDPR breaches."
Their goal is purely manipulative: they are trying to sabotage my work and, by taking advantage of the confusion created, sell you their own amateur "solutions."
To nip any misinformation in the bud, I officially assure you of the following: ✅ All platforms, websites, and data that I develop and manage are perfectly secured, monitored, and protected by modern firewall solutions. ✅ Every delivered project strictly complies with web development norms, safety standards, and GDPR regulations. ✅ Our infrastructure has already successfully rejected their desperate attempts to scan the servers for vulnerabilities, with all these actions leaving clear digital footprints (IP addresses).
How I kindly ask you to proceed: If you are approached with such defamatory messages or unsolicited offers, I ask you NOT to respond to them. Instead, I would be highly grateful if you could send me a screenshot or forward the conversation.
At this moment, a legal team is actively collecting this evidence (including server logs). Every message they send you becomes solid proof in the civil and criminal case we are preparing for unfair competition, commercial harassment, and attempted unauthorized computer access.
I sincerely thank the clients who have already sent me the necessary evidence and everyone who trusts in my work.
